By accessing, exploring, or interacting with Vinni’s Treasure, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the museum, its collections, and the journey of every treasure within it.

1. About Vinni’s Treasure

Vinni’s Treasure is a story-driven digital museum and curated archive dedicated to preserving vintage, handcrafted, and historical objects.

Each piece within the museum is presented as a part of cultural memory — valued not only for its form, but for the story it carries.

While select treasures may be made available to collectors, the platform exists primarily for heritage preservation, storytelling, and cultural continuity.

2. Eligibility

To explore and interact with the museum, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or use the platform under parental or guardian supervision

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with the platform

3. Custodianship & Requests

Vinni’s Treasure operates on the principle of custodianship, not conventional ownership.

Requesting a Treasure

Certain objects may be made available for collectors to request custodianship. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

Acceptance

All requests are subject to:

• Availability of the piece

• Verification of details

• Alignment with the museum’s curation standards

Vinni’s Treasure reserves the right to decline any request in order to preserve the integrity of the collection.

Custodianship

When a treasure is entrusted, its journey continues beyond the museum.
Collectors become custodians — responsible for preserving the object and its story.

A Custodianship Certificate may accompany select pieces as a recognition of this transition.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All values are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways

• Vinni’s Treasure does not store sensitive payment information

• ​

5. Preparation & Dispatch

 Each treasure is handled with care and respect for its age, condition, and story.

• Preparation times may vary, as items are individually inspected and packaged

• Treasures are carefully sent to ensure safe transition from the museum to the custodian

• Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control

 

6. Nature of Collections

 All objects presented within Vinni’s Treasure are:

• Pre-owned, vintage, handcrafted, or historical in nature

• Unique and may show signs of age, wear, or restoration

• Preserved in their authentic condition to retain historical value

Each item is documented and presented with care to reflect its true character.

7. Finality of Custodianship

  Due to the rare and irreplaceable nature of the collections:

   All custodianship transfers are final

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable

• Each treasure is entrusted in the condition presented, continuing its journey as a 

               preserved artifact.

8 . Contributions & Marketplace (Future Scope)

 Vinni’s Treasure may, in the future, allow individuals to contribute or list objects within                  the museum.

All contributed items will be:

• Subject to review and approval

• Evaluated based on authenticity, story, and relevance

The museum reserves full rights over acceptance, presentation, and display of such contributions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Vinni’s Treasure — including text, images, branding, and storytelling — is the property of Vinni’s Treasure.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited

• Content is created to educate, preserve, and celebrate heritage

10. Limitation of Liability

Vinni’s Treasure shall not be held liable for:

• Delays or disruptions caused by external factors

• Indirect or incidental outcomes from interaction with the platform or collections

11. User Responsibility

By engaging with Vinni’s Treasure, you agree to:

• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully

• Not disrupt, damage, or misuse the museum or its content

12. Updates to Terms

These terms may evolve as the museum grows.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of [Hyderabad, India].
